In 2015, AIM signed distributorship agreement with Diebold and successfully closed in October 2015 an agreement with Banca Transilvania.

Providing value services for acquiring devices (ATM & POS) is the main business line and focus of the company. Through the service network covering all of Romania, the company is providing 2nd level maintenance and field services for Diebold ATMs installed in: Banca Transilvania, Unicredit Bank, Procredit Bank, BRD.

AIM has an experienced and trained team for ATM maintenance, in which we are constantly investing. Our technical employees went to training sessions in Diebold facilities in France and Belgium and we have every 4 months training sessions in Bucharest for the technicians that are working in the other service points.

AIM has signed, in January 2017, a sales and service agreement with Provus Group (part of Wirecard AG) for POS and ATMs.

Due to our commitment and investment in spare parts, training (including the new 55xx series) we have signed contracts with Diebold Romania.
